This year’s Wheels Int Lakes brings the roar of engines, the shine of polished paintwork and the automotive community together at one of Cumbria’s best‑kept secrets – Rowrah Go‑Kart Track.

This show is aimed at anyone who loves ‘Anything with Wheels’: from classic beauties and retro muscle to cutting‑edge tuner builds, drift machines, rally‑cars, motorcycles of all ages, 4x4s and much more.

The venue is transformed with Show & Shine beauties, motoring marvels, alongside Club stands representing enthusiasts from across the UK plus we have a dedicated ‘Pits Area’ where visitors can get up close with every participating vehicle that’s heading out on the track.

This is a show NOT to miss off the Calendar. A local 4×4 club will stage live demonstrations, while a rotating roster of motorsport teams will unleash their most thrilling performances on the Rowrah Circuit.

Spectators can choose from several viewpoints to watch custom builds, classic cars and high‑performance bikes thunder around the track, hear the unmistakable scream of revving engines and the smell of fuel.

The track will open again for an hour slot – “Go‑Kart‑Your‑Heart‑Out” session – a pay‑on‑the‑day experience complete with full training and safety gear, giving anyone the chance to taste real‑track racing.

All show participants will be entered into our ‘Show & Shine’ -We have 12 Custom Awards up for grabs and a public vote for the Star of the Show and some added extras too.

Families are at the heart of the event: Children under 12yrs enter for free and can lose themselves in a bustling Kids’ Entertainment Zone, featuring face‑painting, giant outdoor games, a colour‑station and an automotive‑themed scavenger hunt & more.

Meanwhile, adults can peruse around our Trade Zone – from hand‑made gifts, premium detailing products to specialist restoration services, there is something to suite everyone. Plus recharge at the on‑site café or one of the food trucks, all set against the backdrop of the roaring circuit.

If you’ve got a prized vehicle gathering dust in the garage, now is the perfect moment to dust it off, polish it to perfection and roll it into the celebration of everything that makes wheels wonderful.
