DESCRIPTION:General Info\n\nWhen is Wheels Day ? – Wheels Day is held every year on Good Friday. In 2026 that’s 3rd April.\nWhere is Wheels Day held ? – Our New Home is the NEWBURY SHOWGROUND.\nWhat is the PostCode? Please use RG18 9QZ. Once you get near the show there will be signs on the road.\nAre dogs allowed ? – Dogs are allowed on a lead ONLY! Please be responsible and clean up after them. Please act responsibly. You are solely liable for any damages caused by your animal.\nAnything else ? – Animals and children are the responsibility of their parent/guardian/owners.\n\nGeneral Public\n\nHow much is it ? – Digital tickets can be purchased in advance at £8 for Adults. You will need to bring a copy of the ticket with you on the day to gain access. Public admission on the day is £10 Adults\, Free for under 16s\nHow do I pay? – Entry for the general public (those not paying to show cars) is via pedestrian gates where you pay upon entry.\nDo you take card payments? – No\, the entry gates can only accept cash. Please make sure you have cash on you please.\nIs there disabled parking? – There is limited disabled parking\, show your Blue Badge to the marshals as you come in and they will direct you.\nShow Time ? – 10AM – 4:30PM\n\nShow Cars\n\nHow much is it ? – £10 for a pre-registered Single Car Arena Pass and £20 on the day (Subject to availability).This gives entry to the show car\, driver and 1 passenger.\nHow much for extra passengers in Arena Cars ? – £5 each (paid on the gate)\nDo you take card payments? – As always\, we accept payment via PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards in advance. Additional passenger pay on the gate in cash.\nCan I pay on the day to show my car ? – Yes\, space is limited so entry is on a first come first served basis until all space is gone. Pay on the day is £20.\nGates open ? – 8:30AM to 10AM\nParking surface ? – The Show Arena is a mix of hard standing and grass areas. There is no guarantee of hard standing at this venue for show cars\, please bare this in mind when applying\, arriving and attending.\nShow closes ? – 4:30PM followed by prize giving.\nAnything else ? – Vehicles entering and leaving the show ground are restricted to a maximum of walking speed (approx. 4mph) and the minimum movement of vehicles is permitted during the show until after it finishes at 4:30PM.\n\nMotorcycles\n\nHow much is it ? – £5 on the gate.\nDo you take card payments? – Unfortunately we can only accept cash.\nParking surface ? – Motorcycles will be parked on a solid grass area to the side of the show arena.\nAnything else ? – Motorcycles entering and leaving the show ground are restricted to a maximum of walking speed (approx. 4mph) and the minimum movement of vehicles is permitted during the show until after it finishes at 4:30PM.

SUMMARY:A Highland Fling
DESCRIPTION:A weekend run through some of Scotland’s scenic beauty! \nWe meet on the Good Friday 3rd April\, overnight at the hotel\, Saturday 4th at 10am\, the fun and frolics start\, heading North along Loch Lomond\, Crianlarich\, Tyndrum\, Rannoch Moor\, Glen Coe\, to Fort William\, various stops for food/coffee/ photos along the way\, we’ll overnight here then on Sunday 5th\, we continue our scenic trip again ending near Stirling\, again lots of stops for food and photos along the way\, visits to view points and historical sites throughout the journey\, you can decide at this point to leave the group or decide to stay for the final visits on the Monday morning before heading home. \nTrophies for :- Furthest Travelled to the start point\, and of course Best Car! \nWe have chosen the following Hotels for ease of access and affordability \nDumbarton Travelodge:- 08719 846133 . \nFort William Travelodge:- 08719 846419. \nStirling Travelodge:- M80\, 08719 846178. \nPremier Inn J9 M80:- 0333 3219031. \nWe don’t ask a fee but we will be collecting for charity\, To be decided\, If you wish to attend click on “Going” let us know and most importantly BOOK YOUR ROOMS NOW!!! note Travelodge at M80 is fully booked\, rooms available at Stirling central Travelodge!!!
