300MOB – Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Status
1.1 300MOB operates as a private members’ car club.
1.2 Paid membership secures:
An official 300MOB club number
Access to member-exclusive perks
Access to partnered supplier discount codes
Access to exclusive club merchandise
Eligibility for member-only events or benefits (where applicable)
1.3 Membership benefits are available only while a subscription is active and in good standing.
2. Club Numbers
2.1 An official club number is allocated upon successful payment of membership.
2.2 Club numbers remain the property of 300MOB at all times.
2.3 Cancellation of membership results in immediate surrender of the allocated club number.
2.4 Surrendered numbers will not be held or reserved and may be permanently retired at the discretion of club administration.
2.5 Previous numbers will not be reinstated following cancellation.
3. Subscription & Cancellation
3.1 Membership operates on a subscription basis.
3.2 Members may cancel at any time.
3.3 Cancellation results in:
Immediate termination of access to all discount codes
Removal from member-only benefits
Surrender of club number
3.4 If membership is reinstated more than one calendar month after cancellation:
Membership duration resets to zero
Previous tenure-based benefits are forfeited
A new club number will be issued
4. Use of Discount Codes & Perks
4.1 Discount codes provided through 300MOB are strictly for active members only.
4.2 Sharing, distributing, or continuing to use codes after cancellation may result in permanent exclusion from future membership.
4.3 300MOB reserves the right to withdraw partnered discounts at any time.
5. Financial Transparency
5.1 300MOB operates with an elected treasurer and a dedicated club account.
5.2 Subscription income is used solely for the running, growth, and development of the club.
5.3 A financial summary will be shared with members annually.
5.4 Individual transaction records are not publicly disclosed.
6. Administration & Conduct
6.1 300MOB is administered by appointed club administrators.
6.2 All membership decisions, allocations, and disputes are resolved at the discretion of the club administration.
6.3 The club reserves the right to revoke membership for misconduct, abuse of perks, or behaviour detrimental to the club community.
Payment of subscription constitutes agreement to these terms.
